The proposal is a mixed use development consisting of 500 new homes with a mix of town houses, maisonettes, flats and a two acre landscaped garden. It also includes 100,000 sq ft of office space and 100 live work units together with a doctors’ surgery and shops which provide a sustainable and vibrant environment. The tenure of the residential units is a mixture of shared-ownership, key worker and affordable rented housing. The scheme received support from CABE and the Mayor of London. It was granted full planning permission.
